General Questions

What kind of furniture do you rent?

We offer a wide range of furniture for events, weddings, and more.

What areas do we service?

Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and New Jersey. We try to keep orders within a 200-mile radius.

Can I pick up my rental furniture?

We take self-collection orders. A security deposit will be charged to cover cases of rental damage. The full fee is returned to you if there is no damage to the property.

What if I live outside your delivery area? Can I still rent furniture from Aras?

We are willing to rent out of the 200-mile zone if you are comfortable with paying the required delivery fee.

Orders & Shipping

How soon do I have to book?

Two weeks minimum.

For last-minute bookings, we can be flexible for micro-events requiring 8-15 big decor pieces. Higher order numbers will be difficult to fulfill.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount of time that you have to rent products?

No. We rent out per event to make it more convenient for our clients.

How are the rentals delivered?

We deliver through our sister company JSM Transportation.

Delivery includes assembly and installation of rental items at the venue before the event and pick up of the items once it is over

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is FREE within New Castle County. For orders outside the county, the delivery fee is calculated as part of your quote.

When can I expect my furniture to be delivered?

Rentals are dispatched any time after 12:00 pm on the day before your event.

Additions, Reductions, and Cancellations.

Additions to your rental order must be made prior to your pick-up or delivery and are subject to item availability. Items will be billed separately.

All reductions in the number of rental items must be received by Aras 14 days prior to your event. Reductions of 20% or more of your original order will incur a penalty of 50% of the total rental rate of canceled items, plus taxes.

Reductions made closer to the event will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Any items canceled within one week of the event will be charged at the full rental rate, plus taxes.

Return Process

What's the process?

Furniture must be clean and should also be sanitized before returning. Rentals must be returned within 24 hours. Any returns after 24 hours are subject to a late fee. * Please contact us in good time if you are facing challenges with returning your rentals.

How do you return them?

If you opted for us to deliver we’ll also pick up the rented items once your event is over.

For self-pickup orders customers will have to return their items within the above timeframe.

Accidents and damage.

For staging and self-collection orders, the restoration or replacement fee will come out of the security deposit. If it’s returned damaged or stained, you may not receive your security deposit back.
